使用生物质蒸汽发生器的管理事项
Management of raw material steam generator
1、水位电极要保持清洁。水位电极是发动电加热器和水泵的重要部件。因而为了避免电极棒发生水垢或被腐蚀而出现误动作，运用3-6个月后，应清洁或替换电极棒。清洁或替换电极棒后，要按原状态衔接，避免接错。
1.Keep the water level clean. The water level electrode is an important part of electric heater and pump. Therefore, in order to avoid the occurrence of scale or corrosion of electrode rod, it should be cleaned or replaced with electrode rod after 3-6 months. After cleaning or replacing the electrode rod, connect the original state and avoid the wrong answer.

生物质蒸汽发生器蒸汽发作器中止运用时，先封闭电源，待压力彻底降低后封闭阀门。如冬天长期不运用时，要彻底排出锅炉内部的水，以避免锅炉冻坏。
2.When the steam seizure is aborted, the power supply is closed and the valve is closed after the pressure is completely reduced. If the winter is not used in the long run, the water in the boiler must be completely discharged to avoid the freezing of the boiler.
3、 蒸汽发作器需求修理（含管道）时，制止在带压状态下进行，须在锅炉和管道内的蒸汽全部排出，比及压力彻底降低（压力表指针在 “0”时），待锅炉本体彻底冷却后再进行。
3.Steam attack needs repairing (pipe), stop the belt under pressure, must be in full discharge of the steam boiler and the pipeline, pressure ratio and drastically reduce (gauge pressure when the "0"), for boiler body to cool completely before.
